Could you please advise if it is possible to fight unarmed as if it was one weapon instead of two weapons?

Nope - only with a shield. But then One Handed Style won't apply.

Thank you. I wish I could choose how I fight with fists. It could be a modal ability - I would even be glad if it replaced the current one.
