Cannot enchant although the plus sign is shown

See attached screenshots: there is a plus sign on "Min's Fortune" shown, but when I open the enchantment dialog there are no possible enchantments.

No, the plus sign is shown only when there is an enchantment ready to buy, but in this particular case it is misleading. I think the problem is related to this bug:

So there are some other enchantments ready, but they are hidden because of a bug.
