Ignore the background music, I was just listening to eminem vs snoop dogg at the time. As can be seen in the video, clicking the buttons in the menu screen doesn't lead to any result, until I've clicked it long enough. I didn't do anything, I just bought the game on steam and downloaded it, end of story.
