Is this quest supposed to continue after you give Pitli the medicine?  I snuck into the back of Ernezzo's shop and stole the medicine without talking to him or the Spindle Man, and then brought it to Pitli.

 

The quest journal says "I gave the medicine to Pitli.  She and the sick Roparu are recovering.", but the quest remains open in my journal with no new objectives.

Can't close out the quest without picking another ending, however.  So if it took you a while to realize it was bugged, it's probably not an option to reload.
