I have a Watcher Fire-god Like. I must have 2 skill : Nimbus of Death and Hearth Fire but I have the Lunar Heart skill ??? 

 

And what is the Right percentage for the Nimbus of Death skill because , I have 10% when i have my game in english , And only 5% witch the french Translation.
