Anyone knows where I can find Zili Valera? I have been trying to find her forever but it just says that she is usually by the ''watch towers''. Where are those watch towers??

If you're in Queen's Berath or what that starting quarter is called, there's a bridge south-west. that bridge has 2 little watchtowers, and then there's a 3rd north of those, zili is right in front
