I have the cornett of the waves, but I cannot find the cornett of depths anywhere in the old city. Ive searched all the zones theres throughly 3 times. Can anyone tell me where it is? I cant find an answer anywhere online to where it is.

Search the ruins more where you go down with the lift. It's in one of the water pools as an event.
