May 11, 20187 yr Not sure if it also affects normal characters, as mine are currently fine, but my one custom character, a paladin/chanter, when she hits power level 2 (tested on multiple creations of the same character) she is stuck choosing from power level 1 tier, resulting in a waste of 2 points. On the NEXT level she is able to select skills from the previously earned power level.

I'm not sure if it's related or not, but I can create characters specifically and only in Port Majae who do not have this issue, however they always start at level 4 for regardless of what I pick (even level 1) meaning they're instead a few power levels (and ability/skill points behind). Just wanted to point that out.
