Please see attached jpg.

A green rectangle is persistent in the upper right side of the screen.  It covers the niotification text and tutorial box in that location.

I "think" this might be an issue if using a Logitek G13 controller or possible an NVIDIAn GEforce UI issue.  Both the  G13 and GEFORCE use a green rectangle at that screen position for notifications.

I have been unable to find a way to eliminate the rectangle/.

Thank you for posting this issue. It definitely looks as if it is an overlay of some sort. I know others have had sucess with disabling the Nvidia supporter in their taskbar.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
