Game Freeze during Character Creation

Hey Team,

I'm getting a recurrent freeze during character creation every time I boot up.  Sometimes the cursor and audio continue, but visuals are always frozen.  The game never properly crashes or fixes self, so I have to force quit each time.

I tried searching the forums but haven't found a solution yet, so i hope you can help!
