Are your phantoms essentially unarmed and useless? The VIII version of phantom says it can cast low level spells but mine just does nothing like the lower level verion

I have the exact same problem. Just got my wizard chanter to level 10 and was testing the spells, and my phantom is only doing 2 blunt melee damage with its fists. None of the shock aoe it's suppose to.

I think monk duplicates do bad dmg too. Just tested with console commands with a lvl 20 character, 10 max dmg on dummy by hit. I was expecting something a bit more flashy. You have far better summons.
