Is there an ini setting where I can set Windowed vs. Fullscreen? I have this problem when the game launches that it's in Windowed mode and the graphics setting is such that I am unable to apply any changes or navigate the GUI because the buttons are all offscreen. Everything is overlarge and shifted to the right. So when I attempt to switch from Windowed to Fullscreen there's no way to click the apply button. In many cases there's no way to navigate back out of an options window.

We are currently having issues with the game getting set to 4k by default. We are active working for a fix, but you make be able to circumvent this for the time being by hitting Alt+Enter has worked for some, but not everyone.
