What skills exactly do?

Can somebody describe the exact effect of all or some skill or provide a link. I would like to see the exact numbers. Thanks.

Do you mean which classes get bonuses to which skills?  There's a table around the middle of the page here:

Multiclasses get +1s instead of +2s, but from both of their classes.

No, i mean - what they do. Lets say alchemy. As i know alchemy boost duration and some minor effects, but how many percents of "boost" i get from one point of alchemy? And what about rests, what other skills do? How many boost they give?
