Stats during character creation stats not being counted.

I'd like to report an issue with stats not being credited during the character creation process. For example, I tried to create a multiclass Ranger / Cipher and the "location" stat bonus of +1 Dexterity ( for choosing Deadfire Archipelago )  was not displayed on the final character sheet. I'm not sure if this issue is repeatable with other choices.
