Dual weilding pistols?

If you switch to dual wield weapons, it will help. 

If you switch to a single weapon or a 2h weapon, the talent won't apply so you get the full switch recovery

no i meant cylcling through and swappnig dual pistols

 

It will only help if i need to reload them 

 

witch i probably wont be doing much because the last weapon set i switch to will be melee
