Game breaking bug?

I think I ran into a game breaking bug on the Xbox version and I hope not because I havent saved for a while. I just finished the Ithorian quest on Telos. However, I got killed. Then when I reloaded my game, all of a sudden I'm B4D4. I can't get my Jedi back and I can't get my party members.

Where exactly are you stuck as B4D4?

​This happened to me. You need to try to talk to as many people as possible to try and trigger the swap.
