I refunded the Obsidian version and repurchased the base game after realizing all of the unlocked cards greatly reduce the game's difficulty and neutralize progression. However, even after refunding, I still have my card unlocks and 5,000 gold from the Obsidian edition.

 

This is clearly a bug.

I noticed from this thread that a developer simply reverted the account to a basic version.

My account = The Horrifically In #3378.

Please reset my account (cards/gold) to the Standard Edition that I've purchased. In other words - please remove all these epic unlocked cards and gold that were mistakenly kept on my account due to some bug - I don't need and I don't want it.

In the meanwhile go to the settings and turn those extra cards off! It should help to increase difficulty a Little bit.
