where do i download this game, i bought from website?

i bought the game from the website and there is no download links? I went into steam and it shows that i have to buy...anyone help with this?

Two posibilities:
A) you visited a scum site, with no real product
B) there is a Steam code that you did get From the shop that you have to input in the Steam

Without knowing the website you mentioned, I supose A, but not sure. Best is to contact the website provider with your question. (The site that did sell you the game.)
If you did get the Steam code, you have to go in the Steam and there is an option to redeem Steam code.
(Go to games -> active a product in the steam -> and the input the code that you did get From the shop)
