RoR Bundle bought, charged, but unable to load

Hi,


I have purchased the Rise of the Runlords Bundle in December 2017 when the price dropped to 15 dollars. I have been unable to download it since I purchased it. I went through the apple store support which eventually forwarded my case to your development team. I have not heard back from either group so I am writing the request here.


 


I am on an ipad mini 4. iOS 11.2.5.


 


PFID#: player1474455 #4128


 


There is a number under the ID in the accounts menu which is: 82S149B7416F16E5


 


When I go to the ingame store and press the buy button again, it states I have already purchased it and then it freezes on the "Please wait while we attempt to purchase Rise of Runelords Bundle..." message.


 


I have been charged the 15 and tax back in December and hope this can be resolved instead of looking for a refund.
