Missed this someplace I guess but I cannot pass the sealed doorway on level 12 when asked.

 

Did you learn the Engwythan language in the quest "Undying Heritage" in Heritage Hill/Defiance Bay from Icantha?

If yes, then you have to speak to all spirits in that level. One of them will tell you the old passphrase and the other one will tell you that he reverted the passphrase so it's the opposite now.

Once you know that you can tell the door: "I am enemy to Od Nua..." and it will open.
