Boeroer Posted February 21, 2018 Share Posted February 21, 2018 (edited) Did you learn the Engwythan language in the quest "Undying Heritage" in Heritage Hill/Defiance Bay from Icantha?If yes, then you have to speak to all spirits in that level.
