February 12, 20187 yr General (For all issues) What platform are you on? Android What version of the OS are you running? Android 7.0 What model is the device? Galaxy S8 What is your PFID#? B6FBBBD966CA3150 Gameplay Hello I have completed all the tutorials and I have started the main campaign, which recommends I have 3 or more party members, however I only start with the Rogue and Cleric and I am unable to finish even the first scenario. I bought some Gold with what was left o my Google credit, but that only gave me a balance of 1500 when I need 5000 just to purchase one character. Am I supposed to have 4 base characters or am I expected to fork out money for them (in which case I'll just uninstall) Thanks
February 12, 20187 yr The game 'scales' to the number of characters you have in your party. More characters = more locations to explore the cards in, more locations for the boss to escape to, more location rules to have to deal with. The game is beatable with one character or with 6. 4 creates a nice balance. Any character beyond the Rogue Merisiel & Cleric Kyra would have to be bought. But again the game should be able to be completed without the other characters. Are you unable to finish the scenario because you run out of time or because you are being defeated? I cannot - yet I must. How do you calculate that? At what point on the graph do "must" and "cannot" meet? Yet I must - but I cannot! ~ Ro-Man
February 12, 20187 yr Author I tried 6 times and ran out of time most of the time. I guess it confused me when the game said I need 3 or 4. If feels like I do.
February 13, 20187 yr Author I definitely can't do it. Tried 4 more times, cleric died after 1st location, got as far as 4th location and died. Other 3 attempts I died in 1st location
February 14, 20187 yr 3 or 4 characters is going to make the game more difficult for you, as you have fewer turns overall. If you're running out of time, you're probably hoarding cards that give extra turns or getting extremely unlucky with the henchmen/villains in the location decks. The tutorial is probably your best bet, and if you've already completed it, I'm not sure there's much more I can offer. These might be of use to you though.
