What the title says, when salary is subtracted, etc, a text message pops up, and the message has timed priority, so they pop up at specific intervals.
There is a problem, though. Scripted interactions and other UI windows will sometimes be open at that time, and then the pop up text overlays everything in the upper right corner, so you can't press the X of certain UI windows while the text is showing. It may sound minor, but in my last playthrough, I was delayed or hampered because of this three times in just 2.5h.
