Position of hotkey bar

Wonder if we can move the hotkey bar in future release?

 

As below the position of hotkey bar seems weird to me. Shouldn't it be right above the ability bar at right bottom corner?

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
