Devouring Trident can't be discarded

Platform: PC (Windows 10)

Scenario: Drunken Brawl

Difficulty: Normal

Party: Ezren, Merisiel, Sajan, Valeros, Lini, Seoni (all at different Bar Tables)

 

Valeros encountered an Arcane lock. He tried to play Devouring Trident, but while he could reveal or bury it, he could not discard it, despite it's "additionally" power.

Unfortunately this one has been reported a few times

 

Hopefully fixed in a future patch.

Bumping this thread, as I'm having the same issue.  The trident (with Tontelizi) is giving me the discard bonus just by revealing, which makes it significantly overpowered.  "Discard" is not an option.
