i made this in attempts do to do

 

Wizard/fighter= Battlemage

Gear: Sword And Shield, Quarterstaff, Heaviest armor u can get (steal from fighter)

High Resolve but not max, 15-17, 15 Int, rest spread in between dex and con

Take proficieny in Medium Shield or small shield  and Quarter staff

Take the illusionist subclass for wizard so you get 1 mirrored image per encounter on attack grant +50 deflection

Take The Bottom Fighter subclass for +1 Engage

For skills, get knockdown,sword and shield style,Fighters Stance, Wizards Double, Fire Aoe spell (level1), and corrosive siphon (level 2)

rush into combat get hit auto activates mirror image, depending on amount of enemies, switch to quarter staff ad use Defensive to grant +20 delection, when on offensive, change your fighter stance from defensive to duelist.
