Multiclass bug - 3 classes

I managed to take 3 classes during character creation.

How to recreate: at first I was creating a wizard, but then went back to change him into a girl and picked a cipher/ranger classes. As the result, I have now wizard, and cipher, and ranger.

I also somehow managed to select both starting abilities for the ranger during the same character creation:

I got that yesterday but can't seem to recreate it today Wanted to try a few triple classes...
