Flank from Distracted ended earlier

So if the target is both Flanked by Distracted, and by enemy position. The Flank will end earlier if the enemy moved away and the Flank requirement is not met. But if Distracted grants Flanked, should it last as long as Distracted last? Not sure if this is intended.
