As the title says: the summoned staff has no draining effect despite its text description.

 

I guess no screenshots or something needed to reproduce this.

    Thanks for the catch, Boeroer. The draining effects weren't properly flagged to be included in the Backer Beta. This will be fixed in our next update. :)
