Purchased rise of the runelords via Google play store and it does not show it was purchased but I have an order # from the confirmation emai. Who do I contact to with get my money back of the content?

If you do not see the RotR adventures in your application after complete restart of the application, write an e-mail to Obsidian support with your PFID (the hexadecimal number seen on the bottom of the Settings menu) and a proof that you bought the bundle in the app. The latter thing might not be needed, as they can find many things in your account when they log in. The developers/bug hunters/support will then either give you your money back or enable the content you purchased.
