The 3.03 Patch Notes show: One-Handed Style: Change to the Graze to Hit conversion (30%) to a Hit to Crit conversion (15%). (https://forums.obsidian.net/blog/7/entry-193-update-notes-303/) But in the PS4 version of the game, One Handed style shows "30% of Grazes converted to Hits with one-handed weapons". Does this mean the 3.03 patch is not in the PS4 version of the game?

PS4 version may be missing patch 3.03

The 3.03 Patch Notes show:
