Flame of Devotion does 0 damage against Sworn Enemy target, this only happens if the character is a Kind Wayfarers and have white flames.

Attached a picture to this bug.

From the picture you see my flame of devotion only heal myself, but didn't does damage (not even hit or miss).

Hm, you have a filter on your combat log dunehunter. Was it set after you pause for the screenshot? There is currently another bug: The filtered log does not update its content, it jumps a little for each new line, but nothing comes in.

It's not the log delay problem, the flame of devotion actually didn't hit or damage enemies in this situation. 

 

You can see the white flame heal triggers properly but hit is not, which means the ability didn't hit enemies. And this only happens when the enemy has Sworn Enemy debuff, and the character has White flame talent.
