When creating a Skald it says in the tooltip that "Weapon Criticals have a 50% chance to grant a Phrase."
However, on your character sheet in game it says "Melee Weapon Criticals have a 50% chance to grant a Phrase."
Given the Subclasses description as being more "Toe-to-toe" in combat style I would assume that it indeed requires a melee weapon. So, clearing that up would be good. I am eager too learn if you can use Ranged weapons to build Phrases with the Skald, or not.
