Installed Deadfire Pack on Steam. Re-installed it (by unchecking it in my DLC list, waiting for the update to finish, and then re-checking).

 

I definitely have the new portraits.

 

But I go all over Anslog's Compass and have no new merchant.

 

What gives?

EDIT: never mind, I didn't look hard enough after I reinstalled the DLC. I don't know why the reinstall was necessary, but oh well.
