I dont know how this happened. Basically in dialogue screen, it just keep auto scroll to the top. There's no way to scroll to the bottom to read and select which decision to reply to a conversation. It just keep scrolling up. During vanilla of this game i encountered it before. Can't believe final release the bug is still here. Obsidian is really bad in fixing bugs.
