Seoni was at the Rusty Dragon location and encountered nasty Goblin Raider. It fell to her spell and Seoni closed the location. When the prompt for the location power appeared, she used it to recharge the Reveller from the discard pile. Then she used Mending that she obtained earlier, but decided not to discard anything. After pressing the 'back' X on the left, the on-closing icon appeared again and another ally was recharged from the discard pile. It should be already marked as used, but was not. Cancelling Mending reverted the state to before the Mending was activated, but it could not de-recharge the Reveller. )
