September 20, 20178 yr The shop icon is hard to overlook (it is a veeeery big treasure chest on the left). However, to show this chest, you must be logged in through your favoured gaming network. Well, in Android app it is Google Play Games or some similar name (I have Czech names ) and in iOS it is called Game center, I think. In order to be able to use the shop (and possibly encounter some special treasure boons during play (and earn some gold useable in the shop itself)), you must be logged in. The state of your game is then synchronized with the server. It could be other problem, but I seriously doubt it.
