Old Queen New King (Inaccessible conversation items?)

I noticed in the conversation files for the Old Queen New King quest that there's an option to get Sul's cubs a guaranteed exit and allow the beasts to fight 1 on 1, but in searching I can't find a single option in game, or even any information on the internet about how to get that option.

 

Was that option nixed and just left in the conversation files? Because I would much prefer that outcome to just outright slaughtering one of the beasts.

 

So, is it accessible? If so, what conversation check do you have to pass to get to it?

I tried the Rogue-only dialogue option but that only allowed me to kill Sul with an advantage.
