My issue is that most encounters are easy enough that I don't care to micromanage my party much, but I might still end up taking unnecessary amounts of damage if I don't at least use my per encounter abilities. And that becomes a chore pretty fast. Disciplined Barrage, Vigorous Defense, Charge. Yes, Smashbreak, again. Also you, Breaksmash.

 

Is this possible to handle with a third party program? Any recommendations?
