Login issues

I press start and it gives me the options continue or login

 

I press login and nothing happens

 

I can press start again and the same 2 options pop up

I wrote a similar post back when the game came out.

 

The game makes login attempts in the background and doesn't show you any status on those attempts.  All you can do is wait or skip logging in.
