All Purchased Content and Gold missing

I opened up the game on iOS 1.2.6.3 and all of my purchased content and gold is missing. Oddly enough the alt characters are still in the group to play with, but if I go to the collection nothing is there and I can't proceed on any of the adventure it says that I need to purchase Rise of the Runelords (which I purchased when the game launched...ages ago).

 

Please advise/fix. This is quite frustrating.

Sounds like you pdif has changed. Contact support@obsidian.net with your User ID (username #xxxx) and your iPad or Android logging email. But before that try to close the app and logging again to your game Center account. (Restart both) and loggin from the game Center. Just to be sure. Ofcourse it can be other account problem but Obsidian support should be able to help with those too.
