Druid Stag Carnage gone from hotbar

Since I received the Watcher ability Speaker to the Restless (my first new ability, I'm at lvl 4 at the moment), the Druid Stag Carnage Ability is gone from the hotbar - seemingly replaced by this new ability. 

I have searched high and low for how to edit the hotbar but can't find any info on it. Help?

I am having a problem with the Druid Wildstrike "all/any" applying the additional damage on the PS4.

I picked up the belt in Defiance bay and it added the fire damage from the belt but not the damage from the Wildstrike talent my Druid had.

Has anyone else had this issue?
