Graphical issue when moving after opening Window

Whenever I open a window, like the map or inventory I get this weird graphical bug when I move. The HUD disappears and the screen flickers non-stop. If I stand still or highlight an item/hold tab, it corrects itself until I let go. The only way to fix it is to alt tab multiple times (Can be from 1 to 30+ tries) or reload the game.

Video card is a GeForce 330m, with the latest drivers. Any idea? I've looked everywhere and can't find anything to fix it.
