I completed the second tier scenarios for Perils Of The Lost Coast but didn't receive any scenario or adventure rewards for completing them. Are those only for the first tier?

If you look the scenario information it says that you get random weapon as a reward.

And you get those only first time you play the scenario at any difficulty level.
