Edit a save to change a quest progression

Is it possible to edit a save to change the way a quest has been solved?

I have single save with every last piece of content "cleared". Im ok with everything in my save but one thing, i remember miss-clicking a conversation with Edér, i didn't gave it importance, but now turns out that Edér join the Night Market, i wouldn't care if would be a consequence of my ideas expressed, but im pretty sure is because of that conversation. I don't have a save before the conversation, just one save.

Please someone help.
