Hi there. I just updated from around 3.2 up to 3.5, and was quite excited for the heart of fury buff on my barbarian changing it to 1/encounter instead of 1/rest. However, after the update heart of fury is just permanently at 0/1 encounters, resting does nothing. Can I do anything to fix it?
