I just finished the game recently and didn't watch out but it seems that I deleted the autosave before going in the cavern of the vanilla's final boss ..

 

I would like to buy the two White March DLC and to continue my current game but I don't know if it is possible because of the previous problem.

 

Is there a solution or am I just stucked because of the amazing idea of the cavern you just can't exit from ?

The oldest save I have is unfortunately already in Breith Eaman.

Seems crazy that I can not buy DLC and continue the game and to see that my current game is totally lost because of the idea of not being able to exit from this cavern.

OK, I don't know will it work, but maybe you could try using console commands?

There is an area transition command, maybe you could teleport yourself back to the Burial Isle, but I have no idea will it be possible to fall down the hole again from there.

You are in the final area. In fact the devs give you a big "oh ****" pop-up right before you enter telling you this. I'm having a really hard time understanding why you are upset with them after they very clearly communicate that you should have a save, and then create an autosave for you, but you deleted it. Take some ownership.

Afraid you are stuck, but hey! Buying the White March is a great time to roll a new char and start a fresh playthrough
