Sometimes when i loot single dead xaurip or sporeling i get 2 tongues or 2 spores, is it a bug or it's working as intended? One xaurip cant have 2 tongues, can he ? Couldn't find any info from loot tables or wiki so i'm asking here.

As long as you don't get 2 of the same quest related item i wont see any problem in it. Some quests really do not like to progress if you got some things more than once.
