Login Issues

When you launch the game, does the welcome popup appear for Game Center/ Google Play Games? - No, but "Login successful" is displayed.

On the main screen, what is the text displayed in the blue box at the top? - Tehnispe#9892

Store Issues

What products were purchased? - The Rise of the Runelords Bundle. Also previously Seini and Rezen and the first 3 adventures with earned gold.

What products are missing (if any)? Everything. All my gold is gone, all purchases made with both money (the RotRL bundle) and earned gold are gone and all my treasures from free chests and Legendary Adventure completions are gone.

Sound a lot like your PFID was changed for some reason.

 

Contact support@obsidian.net with your User ID (username #xxxx) and ask them to check this out. In the meantime you may try to close and restart the google play and the app.
