Stronghold Tasks issue

I've had several instances of Stronghold tasks with a party member assigned, then when I view it in the interface it says "Assign" rather than "Recall". Clicking on the button causes the task to vanish. Frustration ensues...

 

I believe I'm on the latest patch level.

Here's an example:

I was in the Actions panel, flipped to the panel and back again. "Recall" had changed to "Assign", even though Sagani is already assigned.
